إن مورد CONNECT الخاص ببناة الدستور عبارة عن أداة تدريب تفاعلية تؤكد على عملية تبادل الخبرات كوسيلة لبناء قدرات الممارسين لحل بعض المعضلات التي يواجهونها في بناء الدستور.
