The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo
This is the constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية). Adopted by the National Assembly on May 13, 2005, and approved by the Congolese people by the referendum of December 18 and 19, 2005.
