This video highlights the objectives of the training programme, the methodology used and new constitution building resources. It introduces the team behind the development of the programmme and the participants from the training course held in Barcelona, Spain, where twenty-five national actors and international practitioners gathered in November 2011 at the Montjuïc Castle to take part in the course.
