Highlights of the first Asia pilot workshop of International IDEA’s constitution building capacity Training Programme in Hong Kong in June 2010. Participants were constitution building practitioners drawn from various South and South east Asian countries such as the Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.
