This document, presented here in Nepalese, is the preliminary draft of the Constitution, presented by the Constituent Assembly and the Committee to Decide the Basis of Cultural and Social Solidarity. It includes topics such as the promotion of social solidarity, education in mother tongue, protection, maintenance and development of culture, language and script,identification of and respect for indigenous ethnic groups, end of untouchability, caste and all forms of discrimination, social justice, social security, recognition of equality, social objectives of the State, special provisions for the protection, development, inclusion, and mainstreaming of language and culture, economic development and equality, timely reform in law and social security, promotion of social solidarity, establishment of Dalit Commission, identification, recognition, preservation, promotion and development of national language, official language at various levels of federal units, and the Language Commission.
