Project Description

Launched the initiative to create a website on decentralization, autonomy and constituents with the objective of transparency and to qualify the debate on these issues. ForoDAC, the name arising from the first letters of decentralization, autonomy and constituents, is seeking to become a technical and independent body for the dissemination and formal analysis of the proposals developed by all groups in Bolivia, without distinction, who make statements on the process of the constitutional reforms. The initiative DAC Forum used the website as a means of dissmenination.
