Strengthening the representative and participatory mechanisms of the political system in Bolivia - phase 2 (Fortalecimiento de los mecanismos representativos y participativos del Sistema Político en Bolivia - phase 2)

1. The political and social organizations rely on institutional capacities and teams trained to develop appropriate policies and programs approprioate for the reality of the country and the world today. 2. Women, youth and indigenous people participate more widely and in a better qualified manner in the system of political representation. 3. Spaces for interaction and dialogue between major political and social actors facilitate raprochement and agreements to ensure democratic continuity and governance in the context of the transitional state which assumes the adoption of a new constitution. 4. The actors in the political system, civil society and the media make use of the products of a specialized system of information and political analysis to guide their intervention strategies and decision making processes.
