National Endowment for Democracy (NED) grant to JUDES

To strengthen citizen oversight of the upcoming recall referendum by conducting a systematic election observation effort. JUDES will expand its election observation capacity, improve communication among its coalition members, and raise the profile and visibility of the coalition and its observation efforts. JUDES and the coalition will train volunteer observers during the referendum and operate call centers to collect, process, and analyze information on the election.
