Training programme

Tunisia Vote for Constituent Assembly Delayed

Tunisia’s interim Prime Minister, Beji Caid Essebsi announced Wednesday that the interim government had accepted a request from the electoral commission to postpone the country’s elections from July 24 to October 23, due to technical difficulties related to the timeous registration of voters, (France 24). Nepalese lawmakers agreed on Sunday to extend their parliament by three months in order to finish writing the nation’s new constitution, (India Express). This agreement came at the end of weeklong negotiations between the country’s largest political parties who have been unable so far to agree on the future structure of their government.
