Constitutional reform pressure group formed in Guyana

Reform, Inform, Sustain, Educate (RISE) Guyana, a newly-formed non-profit organisation, announced on Wednesday that it would be embarking on a nationwide push for reforming the country’s constitution over the next two years. RISE is a group of free-thinkers which plans to consult with Guyanese in different parts of the country to see their basic concerns and find out what types of constitutional reforms are needed to address those concerns.
