Japan's ruling party to focus on 4 areas in amending constitution

The ruling Liberal Democratic Party plans to focus on four areas as it crafts proposals for the first-ever amendments to Japan's postwar Constitution, this includes, revisions to mention the SDF, to enhance free education, to better deal with national emergency situations and to end a controversial measure to treat two prefectures as one electoral district as a way to address vote weight disparities created by population differences.
