Nepal: NC and UML want to revert to 1991 constitution: Dahal

<p>Chairman of the&nbsp;UCPN (Maoist)&nbsp;Pushpa Kamal Dahal has charged the two ruling coalition partners – the&nbsp;Nepali Congress (NC)&nbsp;and the&nbsp;CPN-UML&nbsp;– of trying to bring back the 1991Constitution back to life.<span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p>Talking to media persons here this morning while en route to Panchthar for attending a mass meeting to be held in Phidim, the headquarters of Panchthar district, former Prime Minister Dahal said the first condition of the 22-party alliance that he heads is to issue a new constitution in the stipulated time. The alliance is holding a mass meeting in Phidim today.<span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">&nbsp;</span></p>
