Nepal parties not serious on constitution writing

<p>Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N), Kamal Thapa has claimed that the three parties were unable to forge consensus as they were only concentrating on power sharing rather than the issues of a new constitution. He further said these parties are bargaining for power in the post-constitution promulgation scenario.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Speaking in a press meet organized at Bharatpur, Chitwan, on Tuesday, chairman Thapa said the new constitution would not be promulgated by January 22 due to the activities of these parties. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
