Nepal: Slim chance of constitution based on consensus: UML

<p>The CPN-UML has said that efforts for a new constitution based on a consensus were still on, despite the minimal possibility for the same.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At the UML parliamentary party meeting held at Singha Durbar on Monday, party Chairman KP Oli and other senior leaders shared about the efforts being made to seek a consensus among the parties on the major contents of the forthcoming constitution.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At the meeting, Chairman Oli said that though efforts are being made to promulgate the new constitution on January 22 an analysis of the progress so far shows that the efforts were futile.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
