New draft of Ukrainian Constitution due for presentation Oct-Nov

<div class="white-border-caption"><p><span class="text-caption">A new draft of the Ukrainian constitution will be presented in October or November 2014 due to well-coordinated actions by democratic forces representing the government and the president, says Ukrainian presidential candidate and parliamentarian Petr Poroshenko.</span></p></div><div class="diff-text-block"><p id="p_10">Meeting with Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland in Strasbourg on Friday, Poroshenko assured him that Ukrainian society has already been involved in the process of the constitution's amendment thanks to a special expert team, Poroshenko's press service reported.</p>
