<p>The present Seventh session of the House of Representatives has left
no one in doubt about its readiness to review the 1999 Constitution as
amended. Upon its inauguration, the House quickly constituted an ad hoc
committee on the constitution review headed by the Deputy Speaker,
Honourable Emeka Ihedioha, with one member each from the 36 states and
the Federal Capital Territory.
