Sri Lanka: Vote on proposed Constitutional Assembly postponed

<p>The vote on the&nbsp;proposed Constitutional Assembly which was to be taken on Parliament tomorrow after a two day debate, has been postponed.</p><p>Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said that the Sri Lanka Freedom Party is to meet this week to have more talks on the proposals and the cabinet will then meet next week to decide on the proposed draft of the&nbsp;Constitutional Assembly.&nbsp;</p>
