Ukraine changes procedure for amending constitution

<h2>Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed Thursday a law adopted earlier today by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine allowing broader terms of consideration of Constitutional amendments,&nbsp;an UNIAN&nbsp;correspondent reported.</h2><p>The Rada has adopted Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 149 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (No. 3812), according to the report, with a total of 229 MPs having supported the motion.</p>
