The bill on the Anti-Corruption Court submitted by the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine complies with the Constitution of Ukraine and the recommendations of the Venice Commission. Ukrinform learnt this from the press service of the Presidential Administration. "The draft law on the Anti-Corruption Court was elaborated in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and the recommendations of the Venice Commission," the Presidential Administration noted. The Administration also added that the draft law had been already submitted to the Verkhovna Rada so all the further discussions should take place within the legal framework at the Ukrainian Parliament.
