The Virtual library & Virtual Archive is a collection of primary and secondary documents from constitution building processes ranging from legislation setting up constitutional bodies, work plans, organizational stuctures, budgets, to legel advice written for particular processes. It also includes case studies and articles, and relevant handbooks. The documents are coded according to three levels of detail and assumed expertise.
