Bermuda - Capital Punishment Referendum Act 1989

This document from Bermuda gives an example of how a referendum concerning the capital punishment may be organized. The document states that a referendum shall be held on the question whether or not capital punishment for premeditated murder, is favoured in Bermuda. The question to be asked in the referendum, and the front of the ballot paper to be used for that purpose, shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to this Act.
