Briefing and Sensitizing Civil Servants on 1992 Constitution Provisions

This document, signed on the 15th of December, 1992, details how the Committee of Secretaries intends to use the 1992 Constitutional provisions which impinge on the management of the Civil Service as guidelines for briefing and sensitizing Civil Servants.  In a meeting in September, 1992, the Committe of secretaries endorsed a proposal to organize seminars to Civil Servants on the 1992 Constitution.  With this memorandum, the Member Secretary charges all Chief Directors, Heads of Government Departments, Regional administrative Officers and District Administrative Officers, as well as the Civil Servants' Association with the responsibility of organizing serialized briefing workshops.
