Civic Education (on the Constitution)

In this document Jill Cottrell outlines some suggestions concerning possible topics for civic education when attempting to teach the public what a constitution actually is, its functionings and its meaning. The topics have been prepared keeping the constitutional process in Nepal in mind, however, these topics may serve as guidelines for other settings as well where civic education is considered.
