Code of Conduct for Political Parties during the 1989 Election Campaign in Namibia

This document, produced by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, states the Code of Conduct for Political Parties during the 1989 Election Campaign in Namibia.  Nine parties signed the agreements, which established this Code of Conduct. The code deals with issues relating to political campaigning, the use of intimidation, weapons, meetings, speakers, party members, and communic, etc.
