Eritrean Electoral Law

This is the Eritrean Electoral Law. Whereas the Eritrean Constitution upholds the democratic rights of the people of Eritrea, encourages the exercise of those rights, and calls for the establishment of a government elected democratically through free popular vote an electoral law has been made so that this will be assured.
