Extract of Minutes of Committee of Secretaries' Meeting, 17/12/92

This document outlines the minutes from a meeting held on the 17th of December, 1992, by the Committee of Secretaries.  They discussed provisions in the 1992 Constitution that relate directly or indirectly to the Civil Service, as well as discussing the guidelines for briefing and sensitizing civil servants on the relevant sections of the Constitution.  The training program and seminars to impart knowledge about the subject were also discussed.
