The Final Report of Technical Working Group “c” on Representation of the People

This report provides a comprehensive insight into the work of the Technical Working Group C relating Chapter Six of the Draft Bill and
the parts of the Main Report that deal with issues related to the subject of
Representation of the People, that is; Political Parties, Participatory Governance and
the Electoral System and Process. It concludes with the Committee´s decisions and technical recommendations on the specific provisions in the Draft Bill and Main Report.
