The Final Report of Technical Working Group “i” on Defence and National Security

This Report summarises the deliberations and discussions of the Technical Working Committee on
the Defence and National Security. It contains the issues emerging from the debate on the Draft Bill to amend the Constitution and the accompanying Report of the Commission, points of agreement and recommendations and specific proposals on the structures, functions and composition of the Defence and National Security Sector for the Draft Bill.
