The On-Going Constitution-Making Process in Uganda by the Hon. Mr. Justice B. J. Odoki Chairman, Uganda Constitutional Commission

The Hon. Mr. Justice B. J. Odoki reports from the constitution-making process in Uganda, concerning the establishment of the commission, functions of the commission, aims and objectives of the constitution and the programme of the commission. The Commission was established in December 1988 by an Act of parliament. Several crucial questions are raised that need to be addressed in the constitution.
