IFP Proposal: Fundamental Rights

This is a Draft Discussion Document on the First Report of Theme Committee 4 on Block 1 of Work Programme. The Report is drafted to be as comprehensive as possible of party's submissions and discussions in the Theme Committee. It contains proposals brought forward in all party’s submissions with regard to the Bill of Rights.
