Ncc Documents: the Report of the Rapporteur -General to the Ncc on its Deliberations between august 18 and september 26, 2003

Known generally as Bomas II, this report of the Rapporteur-General to the National Constitutional Conference is the sequel to Bomas I, and documents the proceedings of August 18-September 26, 2003 at the Bomas of Kenya. It discusses issues outstanding at the end of Bomas I as well as the deliberations of the Technical Working Committees. The report concludes with a road map for Bomas III.
