Opinions of the Freedom Front on the Equality Before Law

This document displays the opinions of the Freedom Front sent to Theme Committee 1 on the equality before the law. Freedom Front supports the idea that equality before the law is one of the elements of democracy and it is one of the most important fundamental human right. Based on their views, equality of all before the law and an equitable legal process requires constitutional provisions ensuring what can generally be termed 'access to justice'.
