Plenary Proceedings, Adjournment of Conference

This report documents the proceedings of the plenary meeting of the National Consitutional Conference heled at the Bomas of Kenya on August 25th, 2005 following the death of Michael Christopher Wamalwa, Vice President of Kenya and Member of the NCC. At the center of the proceedings was a motion to adjourn the adoption conference in honour of the late Michael Christopher Wamalwa.
