Principles Concerning the Constituent Assembly and the Constitution for an Independent Namibia

This appendix lists various principles concerning the Constituent Assembly and the Constitution for an Independent Namibia.  There is a section on the Constituent Assembly, which details who is eligible, voting, campaigning, freedom of speech, and the electoral system.  There is also a section on the Constitution, and includes information on the state, the law, the power of government, the elctoral system, fundamental rights, criminal offences, and provisions.
