This is the proposal submitted by the Constitution Review Commission of Ghana to secure funding for its project. It includes the six principles of review: 1. Building citizenship, 2. Constitutional powers of parliament, 3. Control of executive power, 4. Parliamentary autonomy, 5. Resource governance, and 6. Enhanced citizen-government engagement.
