This document, presented here in Spanish, details the internal regulations of the Constituent Committees of January 9th, 2008.  It includes chapters on objectives and headquarters, organization and integration of the Committees, Committee Plenary Sessions and Working Groups, the participation in other Committees, the coordination of Committee Sessions, President and Vice-President, acts and reports, the functioning of the Constituent Committees, procedure for the reception of Committee proposals, and general provisions.
