South Africa National Party Submission on Socio-Economic Rights

This document displays the opinions of the National Party on the socio-economic rights. National Party proposes that Section 28(3) of the Constitution should be redrafted and updated. The suggestions of the new applications was mentioned in the text. Moreover, application of the socio-economic rights, the State's duties with regards to them, their limitations and the wording of the constitution were mentioned in the text.
