Submission to the Management Committee on the Document Titled "Proposal on the Drafting of a New Constitution"

Submission by the Inkatha Freedom Party on the document titled "Proposal on the Drafting of a New Constitution" tabled by the secretariat of the Constitutional Assembly. The document tabled by the secretariat has the purpose of setting out the process to be used in the development of a new constitution. With this submission the IFP wishes to draw attention on some flaws in the document.
