Submission on process to the Constitutional Assembly by the African National Congress concerning drafting, theme committees, facilitating participation by the public, media campaigns, etc. The submission by ANC provides a broad overview of the Constitutional Assembly process, in particular the phases this process will be through. Three phases are identified: establishing structures and procedures, Theme Committees - distilling issues and negotiating issues.
