This is a report of discussions on the presentation of chapters 5 of the draft bill relating to human rights. Structured into two parts, the first part addresses the presentation of the bill on human rights. The presentation addresses the scope of human rights and the rationale behind the proposals that were incorporated into the draft bill. The second presentation focuses on the specific human rights covered in articles 25-75 of the bill. The second part of the report addresses the discussions of the Conference on the presentations.
