The Tunisian Constituent Assembly’s By-laws: A Brief Analysis

In a series that will be published on constitutional processes in the region of North Africa, the International IDEA has published an analytic study titled "The Tunisian Constituent Assembly’s By-laws: A Brief Analysis". The study aims to assist the Tunisian Constituent Assembly improve its own rules of procedure, as well as to provide guidance to other countries in the region and beyond as they develop and improve their own rules. Bill Proctor and Ikbal Ben Moussa, the authors of this study, have examined each aspect of the Tunisian Constituent Assembly’s rules and have developed a series of recommendations that are the result of their own individual analysis.
