<p>The Attorney General Githu Muigai was yesterday put on the spot by the National Gender and Equality Commission for delaying the publication of the constitutional amendments bill to give effect to two-thirds gender rule.&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">Addressing the press at Serena Hotel, Nairobi, yesterday, members of the technical working group said Muigai should quickly publish the bill before the deadline.&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 20.3999996185303px;">"We continue to demand that the AG publish the bill latest May 27 and present it to the National Assembly for debate so Kenyans know what their leaders will say. He must follow the law and leave politics to politicians," Winfred Lichuma said.</span></p>
