<p>IMMEDIATE past President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan it was under whom Nigerians had a “real” taste of the application of the Presidential Veto. <span style="line-height: 20.4px;">Concluding a long process of amending the 1999 Constitution, the National Assembly (immediate last Session) had hashed out a hail of amendment bills it presented to the President to be signed into Law.</span></p>
