<p>The Grand Coalition on the constitution has accused the the PF Government’s trick of prolonging the process of enactment of a new constitution under the guise of refining the process.</p><p>In a statement released to the media today, the Grand Coalition said that there are already inconsistencies which by and large vividly proves that the PF Government may not be committed to delivering the much awaited constitution by 2016.</p><p>The Coalition further said that there seem to be a mismatch between the spoken word and the written word in the Government’s roadmap, saying that thehmismatch could be the reason President Lungu refused to sign the social contract.</p><p>Below is the full Statemement:</p>
